Middle School
In middle school, students often have access to Microsoft 365 on their personal devices, and teachers and students communicate through Teams. They work on lesson plans, assignments, and assessments across various subjects.
The progress overview provides a summary of the student’s academic situation and helps the student take greater responsibility for their own learning plan.

Plan
Create lesson materials, write weekly newsletters, and plan class tests and presentations.

Execute
Distribute assignments to your students and collaborate in Teams.

Evaluate
Write an evaluation based on the progress overview. Save it as a learning plan (ILP).

Assignments
Distribute and collect assignments in Word, PowerPoint, etc.
You can evaluate student work in many ways: with a comment, a grade, a rubric, or a scale. Teachers can collaborate on assessments, and students can self-assess and conduct peer assessments.

Progress Overview
The progress overview shows the student’s academic situation – with “status” and evaluations in all subjects. It also displays special support and adaptations for each student. You can flag if a student is at risk of failing a subject.
